Аз ҳисоби ҷавонон 5 нафар гирандагони Идрори Президентӣ, 21 нафар гирандагони идрори раиси ноҳия ва 10 нафар хонандагони болаёқати муассисаҳои таълимии ноҳия стипендияи Кумитаи иҷроияи Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон дар ноҳия мегиранд. Соли равон аз 2412 нафар хатмкунандагон 21 нафар тибқи Квотаи Презитентӣ ва 1324 нафар тариқи маркази миллии тестӣ соҳиби номи пуршарафи данишҷӯйӣ гардиданд. Ҳамзамон наздик ба 70 нафар ҷавонони ноҳия дар макотиби олии хориҷӣ таҳсил менамоянд.
