СУҒД. Бо донишҷӯёни Коллеҷи омӯзгории шаҳри Панҷакент мулоқот гузаронида шуд. Раиси Кумитаи иҷроияи Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон дар шаҳри Панҷакент Мурод Шукурзода таваҷҷӯҳи омӯзгорону донишҷӯёни коллеҷро ба масъалаҳое ҷалб намуд, ки дар Паёми Президенти мамлакат ба Маҷлиси Олӣ ва суханронии Раиси муаззами Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон мӯҳтарам Эмомлаӣ Раҳмон дар Маҷлиси Кумитаи Иҷроияи Марказии ҳизб зикр гардидаанд. Мудири шӯъбаи кор бо ҷавонони кумитаи иҷроияи шаҳрӣ Мавлуда Тоҷиева дар бораи нақши ҷавонон дар ҷомеаи имрӯза, аз ҷумла, омодагиҳо ба ҷашни 30–солагии Истиқлолияти давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, 5500–солагии бостоншаҳри Саразм, эҳсоси масъулият дар тарбияи фарзанд, пешгирии шомилшавии ҷавонон ба ҳизбу ҳаракатхои ифротӣ сухан карда, ҷавононро ба ташаббускорию ҳимояи манофеи давлат даъват намуд. Раиси бахши ТҶҶ «Созандагони Ватан» дар коллеҷи мазкур Отабек Катаев низ доир ба ин масоил ибрози андеша намуд.42 нафар донишҷӯёни коллеҷ ба узвияти Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон пазируфта шуда, дар ин мулоқот боз чандин нафар хоҳиши ба ҳизб аъзо шуданро карданд.
