Дар ин чорабини Роҳбари ТҶҶ «Созандагони Ватан» дар вилояти Хатлон Дилафрузи Абдулло, раиси Кумитаи иҷроияи Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон дар шаҳри Бохтар Наҷидуллоев Тавакал, намояндаи Бахши ҷавонони мақомоти иҷроияи маҳалии ҳокимияти давлатии шаҳри Бохтар Мирзохонов Искандар, намояндагони шуъбаи маорифи шаҳри Бохтар Баротов Сайҷафар ва Роҳбари ТҶҶ «Созандагонӣ Ватан »дар шаҳри Бохтар Асадуллозода Ватан иштирок намуданд. Дар ин чорабини аъзои фаъоли ТҶҶ «Созандагони Ватан» муассисаҳои таълими шаҳр фаъолона иштирок намуда, аз ашъори устод Мавлоно Ҷалолиддини Балхи шеърхони намуда, аз тарафи КИ ҲХДТ дар шаҳри Бохтар бо сипосномаҳо қадрдони карда шуданд. Дар рафти чорабини аксия таҳти унвони Оғози Даҳсолаи байнанмилалии амал «Об барои рушди устувор, 2018-2028» ба иштирокчиён, омӯзгорон, хонандагон тақсим карда шуд. Мавлоно Балхӣ аз нобеғагони назми классиикии форс-тоҷик буда, дар арсаи суханварӣ ҳамчун Худованди беҳамтои мамлакати ишқу зебоӣ шинохта шудааст. У инсонро бузургтарин муъҷизаи офариниш мешуморид ва ягонагию иттифоқ ва иттиҳоду ҳамбастагии онҳоро талқин ва тарғиб менамуд. Сулҳу оштӣ, ишқу ошиқӣ, ба ақидаи Мавлоно қодир аст, заминро ба осмон хешу табор гардонад.
