Дар сӯҳбате, ки рӯзи 24.09.2018 дар миёни ҷавонони маҳал баргузор гардид, муовини раиси Ташкилоти ҷамъиятии ҷавонон «Созандагони ватан» дар ноҳияи Ховалинг ва мутахассиси шуъбаи ташкили ҲХДТ иштирок доштанд. Сӯҳбатро директори муассиса С. Шарифов оғоз намуда сипас суханро ба муовини раиси ташкилоти ҷамъиятии ҷавонон «Созандагони ватан» С.Алиев доданд. С.Алиев қайд кард, ки яке аз омилҳое, ки боиси нигаронии ҷомеаи ҷаҳони ва тоҷикистиён аст, ин хатари терроризм ва экстремизм мебошад, ки рӯз то рӯз авҷ гирифтаистодааст. Ягон давлати рӯи замин наметавонад аз ин хатар, яъне вабои аср терроризм ва эксримиз , эмин бошад. Тоҷикистони мо низ дар қатори дигар давлатҳо метавонад ҳар лаҳза зери ҳамлаи террористи қарор гирад. Чунончи мо шоҳид гаштем дар шоҳроҳи Кӯлоб-Душанбе дар ҳудуди ноҳияи Данғара амали террористие ба наздики ба вуқуъ пайваст, ки мо сокинонӣ кишварро ҳушдор месозад аз хатари рӯз бо хабар буда, барои мубориза алайҳи амалҳои номатлуб, терроризм ва экстримиз доимо тайёр бошем.

Баъдан омузгори ҳамин муассиса собиқадори ҷанг, устоди хизматнишондода муҳтарам Сафаров Раҳматулло сухан карда, доир ба рузҳои сахти ҷанги шаҳрвандӣ ва азобҳое, ки халқи тоҷик дар он солҳо рӯ ба рӯ гашта, суханрони намуда, ҷавононро ба якдилӣ ҳамдигарфаҳмӣ ва чун гавҳараки чашм нигоҳ доштани сулҳу оромии кишвар, содиқона хизмат намудан ба халқу миллати тоҷик даъват намуд.
