ХАТЛОН. Намояндагии ТҶҶ “Созандагони Ватан”дар ноҳияи Балҷувон санаи 11.09.2018 дар Гимназияи давлатии ба номи Санг Одинаи ноҳияи Балҷувон миёни 35-нафар хонандагони синфҳои 11 ва 10 муассисаи таълимӣ дар якҷоягӣ бо муовини раиси ТҶҶ “Созандагони Ватан”,Сармутахассиси ҳифзи ҳуқуқи кўдак ва мудири бахши кор бо занон ва оилаи мақомоти иҷроияи ҳокимияти давлатии ноҳия бо мақсади ташаккулу мустаҳкам намудани базаи сиёсиву фарҳангии онҳо таҳти шиори “Мо ҷавонон муҳофизону созандагони Ватан” суҳбату вохўри баргузор гардонида шуд.
Мавриди зикр аст, ки роҳбари намояндагии ТҶҶ “Созандагони Ватан” дар ноҳияи Балҷувон Муродова Марҷона суҳбатро оѓоз намуда, қайд карданд, ки илму маориф дар пешбурди ҳар як ҷомеа нақши муҳиму созгор дорад.Ба ҷомеаи шаҳрвандии мо айён мебошад, ки ояндаи миллат ва давлат ба насли ҷавон хоҳад гузашт, бинобар ин вазифаи муқаддаси ҳар як шахс ба камол расонидани насли ҳаматарафаи солим, соҳибмаълумот, бунёдкор, милатдўсту меҳанпараст буда, тарбия намудани фарзандон дар руҳияи анъанаҳои миллӣ қарзи ҳар як волидайн мебошад.Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон бо дарназардошти ин омилҳо масъалаи таълиму тарбияро яке аз самтҳои асосӣ ва афзалиятноки сиёсии давлатӣ эълон намудааст. Бо дарназардошти ин мо як рукни умда ва созандаи низоми тарбияро пеш аз ҳама дар тарбияи хонаводагӣ ва баъдан муассисаи таълимӣ мебинем.Дар ин ҳалқаи сегона агар оила ё хонавода рисолаташро бо камоли масъулият ба сомон расонад, дар парвариши инсони комил, оқилу донишманд, ватандўсту ватанпарвар натиҷаи мусбат ба даст меояд ва агар ҷомеа таъсир расонад, мақоми таълиму тарбия боз ҳам устувор мегирад.
Ҳамчунин сармутахассиси ҳифзи ҳуқуқи кўдак ва мудири бахши кор бо занон ва оилаи мақомоти иҷроияи ҳокимияти давлатии ноҳияи Балҷувон баромад намуда, оид ба Қонуни Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон “Дар бораи масъулияти падару модар дар таълиму тарбияи фарзанд”, баланд бардоштани сатҳи дониши сиёсиву фарҳангии хонандагон ва фарҳанги либоспушии ҷавондухтарон сухан намуданд.
Бояд тазаккур дод, ки дар пешгирӣ намудани ҷинояткорӣ дар байни ҷавонону наврасон ва ташаккули ҳисси баланди ватандўстӣ дар замири онҳо нақши омўзгорон бо алоқаи волидайн ва ҷомеа самараи хуб медиҳад. Зеро ин се ниҳод занҷири пайваставу ногусаста мебошанд, ки қудратмандии давлат аз онҳо сарчашма мегирад. Кўдакону наврасон ба ниҳоли қадрас шабоҳат доранд, ки барои дарахти мустаҳкам ва боқувват шудани он саҳми оила, омўзгорон, тарбиядиҳандагон ва ҷомеа дар маддӣ аввал аст.
Муҳимтарин вазифаи ҷавонон ҳамчун шахсиятҳои соҳибватану миллатдўст ва ояндасоз дар роҳи “Таҳкими дастовардҳои солҳои соҳибистиқлолӣ ва рушду шукуфоии ватанамон ин пеш аз ҳама созандагист”.
