Роҳбари бахши намояндагии ТҶҶ «Созандагони Ватан» дар ноҳия Остонақулов Шодмонбек баромад намуда қайд кард, ки муомилоти ғайриқонунии маводи нашъаовар дар баробари терроризм ва экстремизм яке аз сарчашмаҳои таҳдид ба ҷомеаи ҷаҳонӣ ва бехатарии давлатҳо ба ҳисоб меравад. Боиси таассуф аст, ки мушкилоти муомилоти ғайриқонунии маводи нашъаовар ҳамчун яке аз хатаҳои ҷидди барои инсоният дар асри 21 боқӣ мемонад ва ба муътадилии иҷтимоӣ- иқтисодӣ ва сиёсии давлатҳову минтақаҳои алоҳида менамояд .
