ХАТЛОН. Ҷиҳати амали гардонидани қарори Кумитаи иҷроияи ҲХДТ дар вилояти Хатлон дар оид ба эълон намудани Соли рушди сайёҳи ва ҳунарҳои мардумӣ, оғози «Даҳсолаи байналмилалии амал « Об барои рушди устувор солҳои 2018-2028», ҷаъбасти тақвияти робита бо маҳал, ҳавасманд намудани ташкилотҳои ҳизбии ноҳия, бахши намояндагии ТҶҶ «Созандагони Ватан» дар ноҳияи Носири Хусрав, тибқи Низомномаи озмунҳо рӯзи 13 ноябри соли 2018 озмуни «Беҳтарин намоиши ҳунарҳои мардумӣ» ва «Маликаи Хатлонӣ» дар бинои Қасри фарҳанги ноҳия баргузор намуд. Аз рӯи шарти озмунҳо наврасону ҷавонон аз ташкилотҳои ибтидоии ҳизбии ноҳия маҳсули дастони худ ва маҳорати касбии худро намоиш доданд. Доир ба иҷрои шартҳои озмун ҳайати ҳакамон ба ҳунару тайёрии иштирокчиёни озмун, ки ба расму оин ва аъанаҳои тоҷикона омода намуда буданд баҳои сазовор дода, беҳтарин ҳунарҳои мардумӣ ва Маликаи Хатлониро муайян намуда, барои иштирок ба даври вилоятӣ пешниҳод намуданд.
