Дар ин ҷамъомад асосан барои пешгири намудани ҳодисаҳои нохуш аз қабили худкуши , суи қасд ба ҷон ҷудошавии оилаҳо махсусан дар байни ҷавонон , дар бораи масъулияти падару модар дар таълиму тарбияи фарзанд , масъулияти фарзанд нисбати падару модарони хеш, дар бораи шомилшавии ҷавонон ба ҳар гуна гуруҳҳои ифротию экстремистӣ, зуровори дар оила ва инчунин дар бораи 10-солагии байналмилалии амал об барои рушди устувор, дар бораи тайғироту иловаҳо ба Қонуни Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон «Дар бораи танзими анъана ва ҷашну маросимҳо дар Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон» ва ба дигар қонунҳое ,ки тағиру иловаҳо ворид шудаанд фаҳмонида дода, суханрони намуданд.
