Мо насли ҷавони Тоҷикистони соҳибистиқлол ифтихор аз он дорем, ки фарзандони миллати соҳибтамаддун ҳастем ва гузаштагони бонангу меҳанпарвари мо аввалин оини парчамдориро бунёд гузоштаанд.

Аз ин рӯ мо амиқан ба дарки моҳияти баланди сиёсӣ ва фалсафаи миллии Парчами давлатӣ расида, онро ҳамчун нишони ватандорӣ ва рамзӣ иттиҳоду ягонагии халқ дар роҳи ҳифзи озодиву истиқлолият, гиромӣ медорем.
